Christian Health Care Center - Services

CHCC has worked hard to assemble a compassionate team of registered and licensed nurses, physicians, certified nursing assistants, and pastors to provide loving care in our clean, modern facility, 24 hours per day.

Keeping up-to-date with new technology and industry trends is important!  We were the first local care facility to begin using Care Tracker, a computerized medical charting system that improves efficiency and reduces opportunities for error within CHCC.  We also use Logician, a computer program that allows us to efficiently communicate with many of our patient’s primary care physicians, access electronic medical records and document straight into the patient’s file at their physician’s office.

Our social services department assists residents and family members with adjustment before and after arriving at our facility. The team monitors the resident's social and emotional well being during their stay and works closely with the family, physician, and resident to coordinate discharge plans. Referrals to community resources are provided when appropriate.

As a convenience to our patients CHCC offers select personal care services in our building for an additional fee.  They currently include occupational, speech, and physical therapy services as well as a beautician/barber.

"Thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave mom during her stay. Your concern and love for her and all the residents was very evident. Mom talked about you all the time like you were her own kids and grandkids. It was so comforting to us to have her in your care. God bless you all."
